iOS Shortcuts

What is iOS Shortcuts?

iOS Shortcuts (previously called Workflow) is a free app for iOS 12 and later, designed to automate various actions. Shortcuts allow to combine actions from different apps and system abilities into one that you can run with just a few taps from the app or widget, or by voice using Siri. Thus, from one place in the device you can easily and quickly do all the daily activities.

How to use Shortcuts with MyLifeOrganized?

In Shortcuts you can configure interaction with MLO as well. For example, by running a shortcut you can open a specific view in MLO (works the same as from MLO widget) or create a reminder to call a person from your contact list. These and some other shortcuts we created for you can be found below.

Shortcuts can also be launched with Siri. To do this, in the shortcut settings you need to record a phrase that Siri understands as instructions to launch a specific workflow.
