  You can check if security settings allow executing MLO help file. Just right click on the help icon and check if this file is blocked on General page.

• #D761 On Vista MLO displays Access violation error on exit.

  Once installed on Vista MLO displays the following error whenever shut down:
  'Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000.' message box
  
  This issue is fixed. Vista has different implementation of Html Help
  system. Vista did not like the way MLO initialized and freed the help
  system. The fix will be available in next MLO beta. It is safe to use
  current version on vista since the only subsystem which was affected by
  this issue is Help.

• #D920 Runtime error on exit from MLO if using RTE

  Description

  Version 1.9.0
  If you set option "Stay on Top" for Rapid Task Entry (RTE) and add tasks using RTE there might be an error when you exit from MLO.
  
  The issue is fixed in future versions.
  
  The workaround for version 1.9.0:
  
  a) Uncheck option "Stay On Top" for RTE:
  Menu: Tools->Options->Rapid Taske Entry dialog->"Stay On Top"
  
  or alternatively you can disable Autocomplete for places in MLO which will also fix the problem but disable autocomplete for places
  
  b) To disable Autocomplete add this key to Registry:
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MyLifeOrganized.net\MyLife\Settings
  DoNotUseAutocomplete : DWORD = 1

• #D921 Changing dual-monitor configuration while MLO is running might cause an error.

  If you run MLO in dual-monitor configuration and then disconnect your second monitor you might get an error when you click on MLO menu.

• #D927 Access Violation if CUT a task with active reminder and paste it to the same data file.

  If you cut a task with reminder which should alert soon and paste it to the same data file you will have this problem after the alert time.

  Work around for now: close/open data file or restart MLO if you see this problem. Or dismiss reminder before you cut a task.
